Pricing
The current published Operator price is USD 300 per month for unlimited usage. There are no per-seat fees, no per-lead fees, and no usage caps. Taxes, duties, exchange-rate fees imposed by your bank, and similar government charges are your responsibility and are added to the published price where applicable.
You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. We may adjust pricing with at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice by email; new pricing applies to the next renewal after that notice.
No refunds
ALL FEES PAID TO HUSTLERY ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIAL MONTHS, UNUSED USAGE, FAILURE TO USE THE SERVICE, ACCOUNT CLOSURE, OR INTEGRATION OUTAGES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
This includes, without limitation:
- Cancellation by you mid-month, mid-quarter, or mid-year. We do not prorate.
- Lack of outbound results, low reply rate, no booked meetings, or other commercial outcomes you hoped to achieve. Outbound performance depends on your ICP, copy, deliverability, market, and many other factors outside our control.
- Downtime, errors, or limitations of third-party services you connect (including Smartlead, Zapmail, Prospeo, Slack, Anthropic, Stripe, or any mailbox provider).
- Account suspension or termination by us for breach of the Acceptable Use section of our Terms.
- Change of mind, change of strategy, or duplicate accounts.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the in-product cancellation flow, or by emailing billing@hustlery.co.za from the email address on your account. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current paid period.
- Before the renewal date: you will not be charged for the next period. Service continues until the end of the paid period.
- On or after the renewal date: the new period’s charge stands. Service continues until the end of the new paid period.
We do not offer reactivation discounts for previously cancelled accounts. You may sign up again at the then-current published price.
Narrow exceptions
We may issue a refund or credit, at our sole discretion, in the following narrow circumstances:
- We materially breach the Terms of Service in a way that prevents you from using the Service, you give us written notice under Section 17 of the Terms, and we fail to cure the breach within thirty (30) days of that notice.
- We discontinue the Service entirely (not merely a single feature or integration). In that case we will issue a pro-rated credit for any unused, prepaid period beyond the discontinuation date.
- A duplicate charge is processed in error by our payment processor.
- A refund is required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
No other exception applies. Refunds, when granted, will be issued to the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days and may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Pre-suit notice. No chargebacks.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or credit, you must first submit a written request to billing@hustlery.co.za describing the basis for the request and the specific relief sought, and give us at least thirty (30) days to attempt a good-faith resolution.
Initiating a credit-card chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal before completing the process above is a material breach of these Terms. You agree to reimburse Hustlery for all chargeback fees, payment-processor fees, dispute response costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in defending the chargeback.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, and to recover unpaid amounts and costs, in the event of a chargeback submitted in breach of this Section.
Free trials and credits
From time to time we may offer a free trial, promotional credit, or discounted period. Trials and credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. If you do not cancel before the trial converts, your payment method will be charged at the standard published price. Trials and credits do not modify any other section of this Policy.
Annual or custom plans
The Operator tier is monthly. Custom contracts, including the Fleet tier, may include annual commitments, prepaid terms, or negotiated refund mechanics. Those terms are set out in the signed order form between you and Hustlery; where the order form and this Policy conflict, the order form controls only with respect to that contract, and this Policy continues to govern the Operator tier.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least thirty (30) days before they take effect by email to the address on your account or by in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
